Property Claims - Customer Service Representative

Inside Customer Service Rep: Property Insurance Claims


Our client is seeking self-starting individuals who have between 5 - 10 years of experience in the customer service/property insurance claims industry. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated independent thinker with the ability to manage a diverse work-load.


Desired Skills and Experience



  • Establish and maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serve the customer with compassion; and follow up to ensure that customer needs have been met

  • Research and respond to customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

  • Summarize and document a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision-making process

  • Provide overview of coverage limits

  • Support our team with settling claims in accordance with business unit standard methodologies and settled claim value



Required: property insurance claim experience


Helpful: CPCU I AIC I SPPA designation


Salary negotiable based on experience level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
