Activities:
Processing orders.
Coordinating, documenting, brokering and expediting shipments in compliance with regulations and shipping requirements.
Enter data into computer for shipment processing and maintaining paper and electronic records.
Identifying exports as Licensable, No License Required, ITAR, etc.
Administer activities suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and U.S. Customs and Telephonics personnel including Legal, Logistics, Program Management and Accounts Payable.
Assigning and recording schedule codes and numbers to exports.
Generating packing slips and other shipping documentation.
