We are seeking a compassionate animal lover that can multitask while maintaining patience and empathy for our patients and clients.
The Client Services Representative is responsible for answering multi-line phones; responding to inquiries from our clients regarding products and services and non-medical pet care (i.
e.
, heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea and tick control); facilitating examinations; scheduling appointments and confirming appointments; maintaining and managing medical records, reports and correspondence for new and existing clients and patients; presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments, and Hospital maintenance to ensure that the Hospital is neat and clean at all times.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients when they come to our Hospital.
You will be responsible for greeting them in person or on the phone in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also provide general clerical support and be assigned other administrative duties as required.

Job Type:
Full-time/Part-Time Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree and 1-2 years relevant work experience in a veterinary hospital/clinic or office setting.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Eager to learn, while being able to take initiative.
Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, employees, and management.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality is expected.
