Act as the first point of contact for potential guests and businesses looking for room and rate information.
Coordinate with sales, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to address guest concerns.

Responsible for cash intake at the front/ counting the drawer during shift.
Keeping front desk tidy and lobby appearance up to par.
