C is seeking a Full Time Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our Call Center team.
Bilingual a Plus! As a call center professional, you play a key role in representing the organization and practices with the overall responsibility of quickly managing patient calls related to scheduling patient appointments and information.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Greeting patients professionally on the phone.
Understanding of the nuances of medial scheduling as it relates to insurance, as well as medical and cosmetic treatments.
Gathering patient demographics, insurance and reason for visit and insurance verification.
Direct requests for Rx refills.
Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Dual language with Spanish as the secondary language a plus Education/
Experience:
One (1) year of experience as a qualified medical receptionist.
(1) year of experience in dermatology a plus.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, EMA PM and EMR a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
