Receptionist opportunity exist as a result of our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:
Field, screen and route all incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests and answering questions.
Check facility closet is stocked and organized.
Input and route incoming sales leads.
Assemble, mail and track product samples.
Point person for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Will be required to work two (2) Saturdays per month from 9a-1p for overtime compensation.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist and/or Sales Assistant role is preferred.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and be flexible.
Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines.
Must have proficient math skills.
Computer skills including spreadsheets and database programs.
Work well with others and be a team player.
Ability to manage schedules.
Enthusiastic/get it done attitude.
Reliable.
