We are looking for a reliable , responsible , passionate front desk receptionist to become a star on our team.
Passion for medical aesthetics is a must.
Must have excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Flexible hours required, may include some Saturdays ( twice a month ).
Previous experience with the front desk and customer service is preferred but not necessary.
The objective as the front desk is to deliver a lasting positive patient impression leading to a great patient experience.
Qualifications Able to multi-task Computer skills ( required ) Excellent customer service skills Organized and detail oriented Knowledge of social media platforms Must be 21 and older Responsibilities Answer telephone calls and make various appointments, courteously and efficiently Confirming all appointments and relaying practice policies to all patients booking appointments Scanning / Uploading new patient forms and other forms into patient charts Keeping track of inventory Answering all patient questions via telephone and in office Checking out patients and handling all payments ie credit cards / cash Maintaining a professional appearance Have a working knowledge of the website and all services provided ( will be trained ) Check and respond to all emails throughout the day on a daily basis Greeting patients and providing unsurpassed care reflective of a leading aesthetics medical practice Managing the direction and flow of patients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time Assisting in obtaining reviews from google , yelp , etc Will have to post on social media few times a week, knowledge of instagram and tiktok is a plus Benefits Pay is $16/ hour to start, Discounted Aesthetic Treatments, Schedule is 3 days In Office and 2 days Work from home, Directly working with Dr.
