The ideal candidate must be willing to work between both locations with alternate Saturdays on.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Notifying providers of patient arrivals Candidate must be fully vaccinated.
Experience:
Prior experience working as Medical Receptionist in a Primary Care setting.
Experience in insurance carriers and referrals ECW Software Job Type:
